:Registration requirements

:The registration process requires several documents including

          Registration application filled duly.

       A copy of ID card and its appendix.

          A copy of the vaccination card

-          A report from a pediatrician for the child’s physical development and mental development and health status, with the availability of a copy for the prescription taken by the child, if any, signed by the child's doctor and the Ministry of Health.

        A copy of a certified birth certificate.

         Two photographs of the child.

       Medical information form filled duly added to the application for registration.

        Non-refundable registration fee within amount of 100 JD).

         Kindergarten installments (to be determined).
